Pointe at Saint Joseph Apartment Homes

Since the acquisition by Morgan Properties, rent has gone up significantly—even for existing residents. While I truly appreciate the maintenance team and the quick response they provide, almost everything else feels like an added upcharge, which makes it harder to justify staying here long term. On top of that, the increase in parking fees adds to the burden. It would be great if management considered offering some kind of benefit, discount, or loyalty incentive for long-term residents. A small gesture like that would go a long way in making us feel valued and more willing to continue living here despite the rising costs.
