No working exterior lights at entry ways or common grounds areas. Maintenance extremely slow response and incomplete repairs on maintenance request. Office staff pleasant but poor follow-through with communication with maintenance and tenant. Location related to grocery stores, restaurants and laundromats nearby are good.
