Hilltop I

Me and my partner moved here about 5 years ago and have really enjoyed living here. The people are friendly, maintenance is efficient and timely, place is overall clean. Noise is a bit of an issue with kids and traffic noises from the main street, but those are small in comparison to the quality of happiness and comfort from the apartment we have. This is our 2nd apartment; our first was, well, a first apartment and we learned a lot from it. Essentially when we moved here, we upgraded twice the space including a washer/dryer hookup for almost the same amount of rent. Maintenance follows up on the requests that are put in with a timely manner and the people in the main office are polite and easy to reach with multiple forms of access. I am really glad to have the opportunity to live here.

We've lived here for about three years and overall our experience has been great. When we first moved here, our rent was only $150 more than our starter apartment we had just left and we gained almost twice as much space and better service and amenities. The staff is helpful and work hard to make sure that things are clean and safe. Maintenance works hard to make sure that sidewalks and parking lots are clear throughout the winter (as best as one can when dealing with cars on various schedules) and set up efficient ways to keep the apartment safe and clean. Living near a main road does bring it's share of emergency sirens and noises, and with many kids living in and near the apartments, sometimes it is difficult to have complete peace and quiet, but overall it has been a safe and wonderful place to live and I would highly recommend it.
