The place could be WAY better. We’ve been here since 2024 and have had 3 or 4 maintenance guys come through but maybe 1 actual issue has EVER been fixed. We went almost the entirety of 2025 without a working a/c system, after being overcharged by your people for things that were YOUR fault. The grounds are dangerous and I can’t even let my toddler play out there due to the dirtiness, unsteady ground and poor quality walkways. The walkways are so small I fall off them and I’m DISABLED/HANDICAPPED. Thank god I don’t need a wheelchair yet. When we moved in in 2024 there was NO clause in our rental agreement regarding mold bur after NUMEROUS requests for help you but never actually fixing the issue you guys added it to people’s contracts so you’re not liable AND RAISED RENT on top of it. We’ve been living in our living room SINCE BEFORE CHRISTMAS because you fail to fix the CAVING IN AND LEAKING ROOF. Our kitchen is barely safe enough to walk in, the floors are buckling and breaking up and the kitchen was NEVER finished. I’ve never been so disappointed with a rental company, and if ya’ll hadn’t decided we “underpaid” because YOU failed to add a fee that we TOLD YOU ABOUT BEFORE MOVING IN and then made us pay it all at once or be evicted.
I wouldn’t be this upset if things were actually being done but now we have no office manager or point of contact and I’m honestly just at a loss for words. The area is so nice and I grew up right down the road, Woodtrail was much nicer than this when I was growing up which is why we even moved in. I wish you guys would take us renters seriously and not just want to put money in your pockets.
