Limit of 2 Pets: Each apartment home can have a maximum of 2 pets. One-time Non-refundable Pet Fee: There is a $400 fee per pet due at move-in. This fee is paid once and is not refundable. Monthly Pet Rent: A $20 monthly pet rent per pet applies. This is a recurring fee paid each month for each pet. Pet Registration Requirement for All Residents All residents, whether they have pets or not, must complete the registration process through PetScreening.com. If you have a pet: You must register your pet and receive approval through PetScreening.com. If you do not have a pet: You are required to affirm your property's affidavit and acknowledge the pet policy in place. This process ensures a responsible and pet-friendly environment by documenting all animals on the property and mitigating potential risks. By completing a digital PetScreening profile, residents confirm their understanding of the pet policies, compliance expectations, and any applicable penalties. Community PooPrints DNA Program: All pets must participate in the PooPrints DNA program, the first and largest commercial DNA Waste Management Program. $250 Fine for DNA Matches: If a pet's DNA matches that of a resident's pet, there is a $250 fine per occurrence. Prohibited Dog Breeds: The following dog breeds and mixes are prohibited: Rottweiler, Doberman, German Shepherd, Chow, Pit Bull (including American Staffordshire Terrier, Staffordshire bull terrier, and American Pit Bull terrier), and any other breed as designated by Management. Residents wishing to have pets in the apartment must adhere to these rules and fees. Prospective residents are advised to review and understand these policies before moving in with their pets.
