The Bricks Perimeter Center

I've been living here for just three months, and unfortunately, my experience has been quite disappointing. One of the staff members who cleans the walkways often gives my parents odd looks and gestures, which is uncomfortable. When we've raised concerns, the staff dismisses them and seems uninterested in accommodating tenants or fostering a friendly environment. There are also unexpected fees, like the common area electricity fee, which I’ve never encountered at other apartments. Additionally, my bathroom tile recently started falling off. When I asked for repairs, I was told it would take three days, during which I couldn’t use the bathroom. I planned around this and went out of town to make things easier, but when I informed them of my availability, they said I should have given four days' notice and then claimed they’d already tried multiple times to fix it. Now, they're implying it’s my responsibility to cover the repair costs. This seems entirely unreasonable, and it's very inconvenient, especially so soon after moving in.
