American Pit Bull, Rottweiler, German Shephard, Doberman Pinscher, Cane Corso, Wolf Hybrid, any dog that has a percentage of or mix of the above breeds is not allowed. Any canine or other dogs and hybrids thereof is prohibited. Farm animals are not allowed. Venomous animals/reptiles are not allowed. Predatory fish are not allowed. Other restrictions may apply. Please see manager for approval prior to bringing the pet onto the property. Property manager must have veterinarian records from your licensed veterinarian prior to approval. You are responsible for picking up after your pet. Failure to do so is considered a lease violation.
