I hope you have reached the limit on the yearly leap in rent. Inflation has stricken all of us, and, I think, especially the renter. I am on a fixed income -- with a little outside income -- and must face increases in all areas of life, just as you do. But we have been given no breathing room from the yearly jumps of tens of dollars in our rent as we try to scrape by to pay food bills, gas, utilities, and water. We need help too. And it seems you have come here to make a profit without much concern for the residents. We pay the higher rent but get little service to us. Your staff is small here but please try to make us feel like you care about us by action when we need it.
Staff seems apart from the residents -- not in tune with needs and with rent increases, not willing to talk to residents about the reasons rent keeps going up. Also could use more help with maintenance.
