Vue at The Quarter

When I first moved in, I was not informed about the Fetch package system. Because of that, I spent weeks confused and stressed about why my packages were being returned. FedEx was actually the one who contacted me and explained that the property uses Fetch. This is important information that should have been clearly communicated by property management during the move-in or lease signing process. Another ongoing issue is the front gate key box/code system. The access code does not work, and the response has been that a part was ordered and they are waiting on it. Meanwhile, residents are left dealing with access problems, delivery issues, and unnecessary inconvenience. At this point, the gate issue also raises safety and security concerns. It feels frustrating and restrictive, almost like living behind a gate without reliable access. I hope management takes these concerns seriously, communicates better with residents, and provides a clear timeline for when these issues will be resolved.

I've been living here since Oct 2023. I've enjoyed living at this property. It's SAFE, and quite living here. The staff have been very sweet, and work with you as much as they can. We have had 2 property management companies since I've been here, and it's been good. Usually when you get new property management things get messy, but so far so good. I've thought about just staying here until I'm ready to buy because I dont think I would want to move anywhere else in the city because this location is ducked off and not a lot of teenagers or young adults, everyone is pretty grown, and mature. I haven't run into any issues the last 3 years! Thanks VUE at the Quater!!!!
