Park at The Hill

We have lived here for 6+ years. We live here because it is close to our family in Brookhaven, and we appreciate the convenient location close to 400, I-285, Perimeter Mall, Costco, etc. We like our unit because it has a garage, and we enjoy the new car wash station. This property has gotten 100% better since the new owners took over in 2025. They have improved the aesthetics and amenities, and the maintenance staff is sooo much better! They also appear to be filtering new applicants better. Things that need improvement are: Valet Trash consistently skips our unit, yet we are required to pay for it and have to take it to the dumpster ourselves. They need better screening for dogs (some breeds don't belong here, according to the lease, and barky dogs suffer no consequence for the noise they create). Trash cans consistently sit outside, cluttering door stoops and hallways, despite threats of fines; they must not be following through with fines because it happens perpetually, and many neighbors' trash cans have sat outside their door for several years straight. The windows and walls are paper-thin, and you can hear the neighbor's phone tweets and the smell of their pot inside your unit. But all in all, the new group has made great improvements, so I hope it continues in the same positive direction!
