Windward Place Apartments believes that pet-friendly apartments are an important part of life, which is why we have policies to accommodate pet ownership. We allow to pets per home under 35 lbs each. We do charge a pet fee of $350 per pet and a $25 pet rent each pet per month. We also do not allow aggressive breeds. You can contact the leasing office for more information on what breeds fall under our aggressive breed list.
