Great place to live, especially if you are single, newly married, or have a small family.

Ammenities and maintenance

I live at Echo at North Point, I can say that the people working (Joyce, Charles and Harry) are excellent hard working people but my overall impression is that they need more people helping, I really think they are overwhelmed. Landscaping looks really bad, the overall cleaning is not good, trash is not being picked up as expected, and also the rules are not being enforced as they should, so neighbors are leaving trash bags out of the specified bins in the corridor, there are neighbors with aggresive dog brids, The clubhouse is not left picked up after use, dog droppings are not being picked up, for stating some things. I really think that for the cost of the rent of the place I am not getting the expected service and ammenities mentioned in the webpage. And again, the staff is really attentive, is just I really belive is not enough people, and also rules are not being enforced.
