The apartment complex is nice overall and generally feels safe, which I appreciate as a resident. However, there are a few areas where improvements could greatly enhance the living experience for tenants. It would be beneficial if the exterior buildings could be pressure washed at least twice a year to help maintain the appearance of the property. Additionally, having vents and related systems professionally cleaned on a routine basis would help improve overall air quality and maintenance within the apartments. Noise control is another concern. My neighbor frequently plays loud music and hosts gatherings well past 10:00 PM throughout the week. Stronger enforcement of quiet hours would help create a more comfortable living environment for residents. It would also be a great addition if residents had access to a gym or fitness space. The office area appears large enough to accommodate some fitness equipment, which could be a valuable amenity for the community. In regard to maintenance, I would appreciate more permanent repairs when leaks occur rather than visible patchwork solutions. My apartment has experienced several leaks, and the carpet now has an unpleasant odor as a result. For tenants who have experienced ongoing water damage, replacing the carpet in affected areas would be greatly appreciated and would improve overall living conditions. I've been living here since Janurary & i absolutely love it here. It's very quiet & peaceful you rarely see anyone outside other than going to & from the car. I'm learning to get use to normal upstairs apartment noise. I love my patio & i love that the gate is high so i don't have to worry about anyone coming into my space. I love the brown tile floors & didn't care for the white appliances upon moving in but i love them now. I had to deep clean my kitchen when i moved in my stove & refrigerator had old hard spills & i guess whoever cleaned didn't really know how to clean that good but i got it spic & span. The only thing i don't like is that I'm in a handicap unit & my doorbell sounds like a fire truck siren i hate it but it can't be change i guess it'll grow on me. Overall i give it 5 stars i love it hear especially my oversized bathroom & amazing mirror.
