NEW MANAGEMENT HAS TAKEN OVER.... Living at Towering Pines Apartments has been a frustrating and disappointing experience. Management shows little professionalism or concern for residents. Phone calls often go unanswered, and when you finally reach someone, the tone is dismissive rather than helpful.
Maintenance is virtually nonexistent — requests can sit for weeks or months without a response, and follow-ups are ignored. The rent payment system is unreliable, yet instead of helping tenants resolve issues, the office immediately imposes late fees. I’ve personally tried to make payment arrangements to catch up during hardship, offering extra each month, but management flat-out refused and chose to spend money dragging me to court instead.
The overall attitude feels exploitative: unresponsive when tenants need help, but quick to punish when money is involved. Communication, empathy, and accountability are missing here. If you’re considering moving in, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere. Towering Pines deserves management that actually values its residents, not just their rent checks.

I am extremely disappointed with the management and operations at Towering Pines Apartments. The staff has shown a high level of unprofessionalism and disregard for tenant concerns. For months, I’ve attempted to pay rent around the first of each month, but the leasing office frequently does not answer the phone. When I do manage to speak with someone, the attitude is often dismissive and condescending.
Maintenance is virtually nonexistent. Requests for repairs go unanswered for weeks—sometimes months—and follow-up calls are routinely ignored. The lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable.
To make matters worse, the rent payment system is unreliable. When tenants encounter issues with the system and call for assistance, no one picks up. Despite this lack of support, we are immediately charged a $50 late fee. It feels unfair and exploitative, especially when staff is not present or responsive during critical times.
I do not recommend these apartments to anyone. Management needs a serious overhaul. Towering Pines deserves staff who are professional, communicative, and genuinely care about the residents—not just collecting a paycheck.
