Unfortunately, I am writing this review, and before I begin I want to be clear that this is not about the people currently working at the property or the on-site manager, who have been courteous and professional. This is about the property management company itself.
We have upstairs neighbors with children whose noise levels are unbearable. We have dealt with constant thudding, lights flickering from the impact of jumping, blinds and fixtures shaking at all hours, and even rollerblading inside their unit. We were polite and patient and filed our first grievance in early August. Management acknowledged that these tenants were in violation of their lease and warned that further issues could lead to eviction. Yet the noise continued without any real change.
We filed another grievance, and now more than two weeks have passed with no resolution. The only solution offered has been relocating us at our own inconvenience and potentially our own expense, even though we are not the ones violating the lease. Two different on-site employees have personally witnessed the noise inside our apartment and confirmed it was unbearable. Still, there has been no urgency or meaningful action from the property management company above the local staff.
At this point we have had to involve our own legal team to pursue a resolution. For a property that markets itself as luxurious and even answers the phone with a promise of tranquility, The Haven at Lake Britt has been the opposite. I strongly caution anyone considering living here to look elsewhere.
