We love your furry friends! Our pet-friendly community offers amenities like an onsite pet park, a pet spa, and pet waste stations to keep your furry friends happy. There is a one-time non-refundable $500 pet fee for 1st pet and $250 for the 2nd pet, and a monthly pet rent of $25 per pet. There is a maximum of 2 pets per residence with a combined 75lb weight limit. Aggressive breeds (purebred and/or any mixed form) are not allowed. These breeds include, but are not limited to: American Staffordshire Terrier, Dalmatian, Pitbull, Siberian Husky, Chow, Doberman, and Rottweiler.
