We welcome two pets per apartment home. Max weight per pet is 30 pounds. There is a $500 non-refundable pet fee for one pet and $750 non-refundable pet fee for two pets. Pet rent is $20 per pet, per month. Aggressive breeds are prohibited. Dogs are prohibited in both passenger elevators and only allowed in the service elevator or the stairs. Pets are prohibited in all amenity spaces including the pool or inside the pool area. All pets must be on a leash at all times while outside of your apartment home including inside the building corridors and lobby areas. All costs and fees are subject to change during any lease agreement with a 30 day written notice. Failure to pay any payment herein may be grounds for termination of tenancy. RESTRICTED DOG BREEDS. The following dog breeds (including any mix thereof) are not permitted to reside at the Property ("Restricted Breeds"): Akbash, Akita/Akita Inu, American Bulldog, Anatolian Shepherd, Bandog/Bandogge, Beauceron (a.k.a.
