Bridgewater Luxury Rentals

Living at Bridgewater Luxury Rentals is 88% great. The leasing director is lovely & kind & understanding. Maintence is hit or miss but eventually they will get it done with constant email reminders but they are very nice. Trash is in a giant dumpster that sometimes gets temded too on time and sometimes it doesn’t. The pools are a great amenty, The gym is fine, outdated but eith location to being close to an actual gym- it suffices. The neighors, some are great! Some are.. not so great. I dont put that on the property though. Thats just luck. Its pet friendly but no dog park. Cant be picky. The tennis court is huge and im sure its nice for said athletes. The complex is gated and security is on top of things 9/10. Some units are updated and some are not. I feel as though if its not updated, they dont really tend to it as it should. And as a “luxury” place and not have a microwave built in was a small laugh but a w/d hook up is nice to have. I wouldnt say this place is perfect but i dont hate it. It looks good on paper and to browse you would say, wow this is really nice, but that 22% of really looking and seeing deep into said issues- it’s definitely just an apartment and not a forever home. 3.5/5 stars personally rated as a resident. If maintenance needs to be scheduled, it’s challenging to have things repaired promptly. Simple plumbing or home repairs often take months. Additionally, there’s no designated guest parking for each resident. Instead, you need to obtain a guest parking sign during office hours and return it afterward. This policy leads to unnecessary towing even when parking spots are available. It would be more convenient if each resident could have one guest parking permit.

I have lived in this complex for tens years. It is a cozy, quiet neighborhood and convenient to downtown, the beaches, and Tampa. It has the feel of "Florida" with the palms, ponds, and the open entrances to the units. I only wish when a request for a maintenance work order (that is not of an emergency) is responded to in a timely manner. I recommend a great place to live.
