The Woodlands Apartments

I will not be renewing my lease. I moved in at the beginning of April and I'm not sure if they're considering the construction/ "renovation" of my building done or not but it was nicer when I moved in. Every time workers had to come into the apartment to do anything (nothing I asked for, just things the office decided they were doing)they left a mess. They shut the water off with no warning frequently. All my neighbors are LOUD. Slamming doors and yelling and playing loud music all hours. My upstairs neighbor stomps around like they want to come through the ceiling and has caused water leaks into my apartment twice in less than a month. The first time there was 2 inches of standing water in 3/4 of my apartment for over an hour, they sent people to clean it up but the ceiling dripped for 2 hours after they left so I'm positive there's mold growing there now. It also caused the door to swell so it's hard to close. Maintenance is incompetent and never know who called for what or what's going on. I came home one night after work to water dripping from the light fixture in the kitchen but it was after hours so he told me just to put a bucket under it. Someone else must have called too because an hour later he was banging on my door like he wanted to break it down and asking about a leak in the living room. He looked at it, said he'd "send a plumber" in the morning, and woke me up on my one day off at 9am banging on the door again. Then all he did was take the cover off the light, dump the water out, and leave.
