I have lived at this property for the past seven years, and one of the main reasons I originally chose to live here was the attractive landscaping, mature vegetation, and overall appearance of the community. Unfortunately, I have observed a significant decline in these areas under the current management.
As a resident of Building 7, I have also been disappointed to see premium resident parking spaces near the leasing office either removed from resident use or effectively reserved for office purposes. This has reduced parking convenience for residents.
In addition, several mature palm trees and other landscaping features that provided shade and enhanced the property's appearance have been removed. The grounds no longer have the same welcoming atmosphere they once did.
The main entrance gate has also been an ongoing concern. There have been frequent periods when it is not functioning properly and appears to require repair or more consistent maintenance.
Another concern is the valet trash policy. Residents are limited to an extremely small amount of trash collection per service, often just a single bag. For many households, this is not a practical limit and results in trash accumulating inside apartments for longer periods or requiring additional trips to the dumpster despite paying for the service. A more reasonable allowance would better meet the needs of residents.
Finally, the lawn areas that were once covered with healthy green grass have deteriorated into numerous dirt patches, particularly throughout the courtyard areas. What was once a lush and attractive landscape now feels neglected in comparison to previous years.
I want to note that the property's location and proximity to major attractions, shopping, and dining remain excellent and are a primary reason I have continued to renew my lease.
