MAA Boggy Creek

We had a great experience during our stay at Boggy Creek. Catherine was always very helpful and helped us whenever we needed anything. The amenities are adequate, nothing beyond what you would normally get. One downside is no sort of playground area. If you don't have a garage to park in, parking can be a challenge at some of the buildings. It was nice having the charging stations when we had electric cars, but you had to be ready to move your car when one came available. I understand that there is a few for charging that they didn't have before. The maintenance team took care of any requests very quickly.

If you’re looking for a peaceful and quiet place to live, I would not recommend MAA Boggy Creek. I moved in less than two weeks ago, and the noise from the upstairs neighbors has been unbearable. I understand normal apartment noise, but this is constant stomping and slamming that carries through the thin floors and walls. You can hear almost everything, which makes it very difficult to work from home. During my showing, I should have realized the red flags—the leasing agent wasn’t particularly welcoming, and you could already hear planes flying overhead. On top of that, there’s ongoing construction in the area, and the gym is always closed. The only positive is that the apartments look nice inside. However, appearance doesn’t make up for the lack of peace and quiet. I reached out via email to request a transfer to an upstairs unit, but I was ignored. Instead, management only said they would contact the neighbors, yet nothing has been resolved. Overall, this community is not a good choice if you value quiet living conditions or responsive management.
