good, my only concern was when I start living here the administration was very bad, never get the apartment was promise and the one I get was is very bad condition, and any one of the manager resolve my problem.

The apartment outside is really dirty, dust and disgusting

The topic with the parking is really concern for everyone, when you came for the work after 6pm you dont find any parking near to you, less at night, I saw many apartments with more than 3 cars, so the people with one car what can do, in the morning you can see the cars in the middle of the street

Great Property

Courtney chase is a great place to live. Parking is easy and aparments are spacious with newer appliances. The only issue i have which they cant really help is the pool is always too warm becuase its in direct sunlight with no shade.
