Since I arrived at the rental in October, the kitchen and the bathroom extractor have had a problem. I have complained to the supervisor and I have not had any solution to the problem

I have lived in this apartment for about 5 years. It's conveniently located between many popular tourists spots, the MIA airport and major highways. The surrounding neighborhood is fairly safe, however, there are some strangers/intruders that wonder around once in a blue moon.
The parking situation could be better. Previous owners of the complex changed the parking space numbers to chronological numerical values, instead of leaving them as the unit number for each tenant. This allows randoms or other tenants to park in your space. A cheap awning would be nice for the spaces that aren't allotted a two car parking, as your car sits in the sun or weather conditions all day.
Trimming of the trees along the mainstreet, on 22nd ave, would also be nice. The trees cover the 1st floor tenant windows, almost in entirety, so it would be nice if the lawn service trimmed the trees down every few months.
Fortunately, there is a washer and dryer, as well as a bath tub, in these apartments. However, it would be nice if there was an upgrade of kitchen appliances (refrigerator, stove) for long standing tenants, free of charge.
Please continue the pest maintenance, as the previous management/owners, let a termite issue get out of control last year.
The price of rent is so-so. The price of rent is a little high for the "area" in which we are in; however, it is fairly affordable in comparison to other apartments/condos, in the surrounding area/metropolis. And notice of rent increase should be not only posted on the tenants door, but also sent via email/text or some sort of SMS system. The previous management only gave tenants 5 days to resign/renew or end their lease, from date of memo receival. A 15 to 90 day grace period was not acknowledged; not legal at all.
Hopefully the new management will acknowledge these concerns and make the living situation a more comfortable experience.
