The Gardens Apartments

Thin walls, unfinished repairs, the website doesn't work at times for me, garbage is often left in piles at the dump, lacks basic payment options such as checks, witch would be useful when the website doesn't work. I'm sure there's other problems too but I don't remember.

I have been living here for going on three years. This apartment location is very convenient even if you dont have transportation you can still get around. The cleaniness of the apartment is just okay. I beleive they are low staff and so it has been lacking understandably lately. Though they are very quick with maintance requests. Overall, this apartment is very convienient and i plan to stay for a few more.

Noisy neighbors with thin walls. Cops vist relatively often to deal with domestic things... Side note cops have an excellent response time as well as the fire department apparently. Garbage and other rubbish is left out by the dumpster for months at a time. Although the building is fairly new I've had to have the shower replaced do to cracks and leaks. To put that into perspective I'm not over weight. It was simply put in wrong. Also you pay for the privilege of a parking space that may not be there for you. But worry not the church down the street will let you park there. On the plus side the staff is nice. And the location is pretty good. Lots of restaurants and other stores within walking distance. Area is nice. Out side of the building lol. Could be better, but it also could be worse. Here's my review. Now I can pay for my overpriced appointment ??.
