Fees & Deposits Welcome! We're excited to help you get started by making things simple and clear. We are sharing a list of fees and deposits you might encounter as an applicant and future resident. To budget for your fixed monthly expenses, add the rent for your desired floor plan to the Optional Add-ons of your choice.
