Very nice place to reside, somewhat quiet walls are very shallow u can hear everything they need to pressure wash the breeze ways etc very nasty looking manger dosent know how to communicate nice gym but we as tenants need to have access to it 24hrs not jus on the weekdays when the office is open if its a part of anentities that we pay for far as maintence they only fix things speedly when the big ppl are coming to do inspections overall somethings jus needs to be corrected nothing to major but eventually a problem becomes bigger when u temporaily patch things or dont fix the issue at all

The Noise is Unbearable- built too fast

My major issue living here is the sound quality. I cant play an Alexa speaker with out a noise complaint. I live on the 3rd floor and it sounds like there are people walking around my apartment ALL THE TIME its creepy especially at night. The noises occur ALL DAY LONG... foot steps people walking up and down and back and forth. I can only imagine what I sound like to them. Also, there is an awesome gym I have never been able to utilize because it is only open during office hours- (we should have 24 hour access- just a suggestion- a key or key fab maybe) The Manager is a little abrasive- she needs a lesson on how to effectively communicate.

Overview

This is a nice place to live. My concerns are the renters NEVER clean up after their pets. The renters also never clean up after themselves, trash is always thrown everywhere. This complex is too nice a place to have it destroyed because tenants are too lazy to clean up after themselves. Also, the tenants make excessive noise with slamming doors early in the morning. I enjoy living here. However, I feel a few changes would benefit everyone.
