Amazing location and staff, apartments with character and a beautiful rooftop amenity space. I've lived here for 2 years and literally have never waited more than 15 minutes for maintenance to respond to any requests I have. Cleaning staff, front desk, and maintenance are all so friendly and the building is beautiful and in a wonderful location. It's been an amazing home to me :)

Great location right off 18th st. The maintenance team is very responsive and I've never had a problem with my apartment. The building itself is older and the amenities are not great (small "gym" with a couple machines and rooftop grill). My apartment doesn't seem like its been renovated or updated anytime recently. However, the price is good and utilities are included so I've stuck around for a few years.
