Just recently moved in. No regrets -- nice staff, location, and reasonable pricing on this initial lease. Amenities are pleasant, including the rooftop terrace with gorgeous views, pool, and fitness center (small but adequate). Only complaints so far would be in the details and apartment furnishings... some of the finishes are mediocre or awkwardly placed, like the medicine cabinet being too high and hitting the light fixture over the bathroom mirror, door to the washer/dryer seeming old and not sliding smoothly, just small things like that. Parking costs extra and would prefer the convenience of assigned parking spaces but it's fine. Overall happy here!
