The apartment is nice but a little overpriced, especiallt after rent was raised following my first year. I stayed because it was easier than finding another apartment and not worth the expense or trouble since this place is not that bad. The building is clean and most of the maintenance staff is very friendly and nice as are some of the security guards that drive around to monitor the area. Office staff are a little tough to get a hold of sometimes.
The apartment itself is nice. Lots of natural light, though that makes regulating the temperature a little tough depending on which unit you get and what direction its facing. Room could be bigger and closets could definitely be bigger—you’ll have to think of creative storage solutions if you live here. Kitchen is nice and decently sized though could use under cabinet lighting. Appliances are nice and work just fine.
The area is generally quiet with the exception of some events at the event space across the street. Noise level also depends on uohr specific neighbors… if theyre loud and partiers youll definitely hear them. There are moments when I have been cautious because of the random folks walking around but I try to keep an eye out for the security truck and also dont go out too late.
All in all its a newer set of units and its clean and generally safe. A little overpriced but thats the biggest con.
