Having lived in this apartment complex for over five years, I've grown to truly appreciate the dedication and service provided by the staff and maintenance team. Their professionalism and warmth have significantly enhanced my living experience, ensuring any issues are resolved quickly and efficiently. This exceptional level of service has been a constant highlight of my time here, making it easy to feel at home. However, the recent acquisition of the complex by new owners and the subsequent introduction of stricter corporate policies have somewhat marred my overall impression. These changes, although possibly well-intentioned, have introduced a degree of formality and rigidity, detracting from the community's once welcoming and flexible nature. It's a shift that has been noticeable and, to some extent, disappointing. Despite this, my respect and admiration for the staff and maintenance team remain strong. They continue to be the backbone of the community, offering unwavering support and friendliness that stands out. If not for the new policies, my rating would undoubtedly be higher. Yet, even with these adjustments, I believe the complex remains a commendable place to live, thanks to the people who work tirelessly to maintain its charm and livability.

Trash in parking lot, maintenance takes days to show up if at all, people are loud and have no respect for their community, broken bottles and fast food trash in parking lot. Apartment was built cheaply and falling apart. Not worth the money they charge for rent here. At all.
