Quite Nice

Relative to a lot of apartments, the noise mitigation seems quite good. I could have quiet neighbors, but at my last place, I could hear every footstep of the person above me, and plenty of commotion outdoors. Everywhere has room for improvement, but my specific criticisms of this place are very nit-picky. Parking has never been an issue for me.

Decent

Overall it is a decent apartment complex, but parking can he rediculous and some of my neighbors are too loud.

Decent stay for a decent price

I stayed here more about an year now. This is a old community. Water started leaking in to the apartment every time it rains. It almost took 6 months to fix that Dog owners let the Dogs poop in the Gardens. Swimming Pool is operational only for few weeks. Overall Maintenance is poor as well.
