While the neighbors are now friendly and a good bunch it took a while for problematic and drug using tenants to be removed as well as someone falling from said tenants window. The office staff seem to never get anything done on time unless you remind them, and even then they will give you attitude for it. Several times they have sent over information or proccessed information it somehow never was seen or on record but they did everything correctly. While complaints are adresssed unless in the routine cleaning area it will not be taken care of. Glass has been left on grass and mulch in several locations with no one picking it up. Standards in the contract are not held up such as strict trash rules not being enforced leading to hallways full of trash bags left outside doors to rot over the weekend as trash isn’t picked up friday-sunday. These tenants are aware of the schedule and leave disgusting trash outside on friday morning every week for months with no end. This happens on all floors. The dog area and bag station are well kept and emptied out on time. Leash laws are not strictly enforced until people complain. Office staff is not aware of what happens on the property unless told by tenants themselves or alarms are set off. Due to the cleaning schedule once a week and no cameras being in the stairwells several jars have been dropped with no care, there will be an occasional medical smell that caused headaches that which we avoid for a minimum of 2-3 hours to air out. I can’t state what the smell is exactly but i have my guesses. Neighbors are quiet now that quiet hours are enforced and security does respond to 24/7 calls and complaints for tenants and the property. For what we pay and the conditions of the property I’m very disappointed in the property and the Staff that run it.
