I would like the property to be more clean and welcoming. Embarrassing when trash is all over the property, broken cars being worked on. Staff to be present, pleasantl and helpful.

They don't pay attention, they don't listen to the residents, and they give new ones new offers and promotions, and those of us who have been here for more than a year are not taken into account.
