Having lived in a house for the past 40years I didn't know if apartment living was for me. I started with an end unit that feels more like a condo sharing only an outer garage wall with another garage wall. The apt didn't share any other walls and the attached garage and being able to pull up to the front door to unload groceries was amazing. I found this to be easy apartment living. I have since moved to an apartment on the third floor with vies of Pikes Peak from every window and there are alot of windows and a balcony patio door and top floor vaulted ceilings. It is amazing and I feel blessed. The amenities are top notch. The pool and hottub are opened year round and heated (although the pool is a bit chilly in the winter still) The pool is surrounded by lounging couches, lounging chairs and tables with chairs. The grill is just around the corner. All of these have amazing views of Pikes Peak. The staff are very sweet and accommodating with events in the conference center to bring residents together. The commons living room is elegant and the theater room is fun for family movie nights or gatherings to watch movies. I am so happy here and I highly recommend you make this your next home. I moved in 3 weeks ago, and from the get-go, I've had fantastic interactions with all the staff. It feels like home here and Victoria made my move in so smooth and easy going. The moment I viewed the apartments I knew they were for me. Stylish, comfortable and a community i knew I wanted to be part of. Victoria is amazing to work with and makes you feel at ease transitioning to a new home, and this is what it feels like, home ! I couldn't ask for more. Thank you.

If you’re wondering why I look so haggard, it’s likely from my neighbors’ speakers bumpin all night up against by bedroom wall between midnight and 5 a.m. my wall was buzzing and vibrating all night! At 4 am I called the Security # to ask that they “intervene”. No answer and no answering machine. How is this handled?? Gee, do I feel safe—?
