Hyde Park North

North Hyde Park Apartments receive mixed reviews from residents. Many tenants appreciate the helpful and responsive staff, with several mentions of individuals such as Kaye and Logan for their exceptional service during move-in processes. The location is frequently praised, being conveniently near the highway yet quiet enough to not be disturbed by traffic noise. Some residents express satisfaction with the maintenance and cleanliness of the apartments, noting friendly interactions with staff like Lauren. However, several concerns are mentioned consistently across reviews. Structural issues such as windows not closing properly and thin walls and floors contributing to noise are cited. Maintenance of communal areas, including poor landscaping and parking lot conditions, are areas of dissatisfaction. Security is a recurrent concern, with reports of thefts and lack of security measures like cameras. Some reviews also highlight persistent issues with amenities like the indoor pool, which is not always accessible as expected. While the community is described as generally clean and safe, some residents suggest improvements in maintenance and security. Despite these drawbacks, many feel the positive community and management offset the negatives, making it a suitable choice for various renter types, especially those new to the area.
