The walls and ceiling are very thin. There is a lot of noise that because of that.

I have lived here for a month now and overall the apartment is pretty good. All of the appliances work, rooms are a good size and bathroom is pretty good as well. On the other hand there were a couple of things that me and my roommate did not like. The first is that when we entered the property it was not left in the best condition. It was very clear that a coat of paint was put over everything to cover up any stains, holes, or even a command strip. This was true for the doors, bathroom, and walls. The second thing we did not like was the parking. At one point every car in the guest spots were booted and they tried to make us pay to get that issue fixed. When those spots are filled it is very hard for our guests to park close as almost everyday the street parking is filled as well. The last thing we did not like was that on our first day in our apartment out upstairs water heater broke and leaked into our apartment. They fixed this issue and claims they would come back to fix the drywall but never did. We put in multiple maintenance requests but none we ever filled. Over all a decent place if you are willing to put up with some no so great stuff.

This place is great but upon walking in we noticed that the unit was not cleaned very well and that it seemed like all the had been done was a fresh coat of paint. We could tell this was the case because it was all over the floor and covered old command strips. There was also lots of notable water damage. However the best part was on the second day we had a huge water leak which resulted in moldy drywall. However they were quick to come but I have a feeling this is not going to be our only experience with maintenance. We also noticed that the washer and dryer had never had their filters replaced which resulted in a really moldy drain that was clogged with hair and debris.
