I enjoy the location and the place looks great but it is a little expensive for what you are getting. Staff (four star) is subpar. They are not quick to fix things that have been broken. For example, when a pipe burst on Friday they did not want to call maintenance over the weekend because it was more expensive. I was not able to shower in my home until Tuesday night. The entire time they did not reach out to me and I only got word from them through my neighbors.

I've lived here for a year and I am incredibly happy to move. We have had a problem with flooding before and it was handled sluggishly, leaving us with a functionally unusable living room for weeks, lovingly furnished with exposed nails, adhesive-covered cement, and a live, uncovered outlet (which I had shocked myself on) precariously hanging above a large puddle of water. I'm being sarcastic when I say lovingly here. Because it's a basement there is very little light that gets into the apartment making it a dungeon. At least we had a dishwasher.

Review title sums it up. Four star realty is not the best provider out there :).

Things have been pretty terrible since we’ve moved in for a number of reasons and have yet to hear back from multiple people we’ve been told would call us or email us back “ASAP”

I love my apartment because it is cozy and adorable, but it is very overpriced. Each unit only has one parking spot, and in this whole lot we don't have any visitor spots, so guests are forced to park across Broadway. The guest spots in the lot are not labeled well, so when I first moved in I parked my boyfriend's car in the spot and he got towed. It took weeks of pleading to finally get reimbursed for the towing fee. The windows are very drafty and don't close well. This is my second year here, and when I renewed the least they raised my rent. In my past experience, I have beed offered cheaper rent if I were to renew. They also began charging for renters insurance, but did not send out an email about this so I paid for additional renters insurance though my own insurance company. Then I had to go through the hassle of canceling it once I realized I was being charged for both. The dishwasher barely works and leaks on the floor, and the toilet doesn't flush well. I had someone come unclog my drain once and they charged me $100 for about one minute of work. I am now terrified to call maintenance. There is no laundry on the entire premises so you have to go to a laundromat. If I ever have a problem and call the office, no one EVER answers, literally. There is no answering machine on the phone, so I can't leave a message. I have to take time out of my day to go into the office in person, and usually the person I need is out, so I either have to leave a note or come back. Like I said, I do love this apartment and the location, but the price is horrendous and the living situation takes some getting used to. The price of this apartment should definitely be lower considering all the inconveniences of living here.
