Stella on the Park

This is by far one of the worst apartment complexes I’ve ever lived in, they will charge you $1600 for a studio apartment, have you pay for a parking garage security that doesn’t work, and the pool is broken every other week, I’ve lived here for almost a year and the apartment has only gone downhill, switching the property managers Like nobody’s business, I should’ve known that I shouldn’t move here after I saw there’s an explosion in the front but I thought I would give it a chance, it turns out nobody is taking care of this property, they will tell you that you have to pay for parking on the bottom level , But it’s really weird because there’s been cars parked in the same exact spot collecting dust there for the last 4 1/2 months, not only that, the electric parking garage has been broken for at least over four months, and then they have the audacity to say that we are having car break-ins and that it is your responsibility to make sure you don’t leave things in your car, I halfway agree with that, if the electric gate that I pay for worked so what are you really paying for? Half of the gym equipment is broken, and the gym isn’t even that big to begin with it is a small area with three treadmills and two cable machines, one out of two of them have been broken since I’ve moved in. The amount of times of the pool has just randomly turned green and has been closed for multiple weeks is honestly ridiculous, they claim to be a luxury apartment complex in Aurora but really it is just like all of the other ones, they’re a lot better options so I would keep looking . Literally right down the road there are two nicer apartment complexes that I didn’t even know existed
