MAGICAL NATURE LIVING

Upon wakeing birds chirping , fall asleep to frogs riveting, beauty surrounds you. Staff in on the ball and organized, a tight run ship. I feel secure and safe. It is quiet, peaceful, and fun. There are 5 hot tubs, and 2 beautiful pools. I feel like I'm on vacation at my own home. The gym is pristine, and AMAZON LOCKERS! My home has a ginormous balcony, which is home to my plants. I feel happy to call The Knolls my home. A FULL SIZE WASHER AND DRYER! I love doing laundry and this is one of the many highlights about living here. Put it this way: I've lived in Los Angeles since 1995, and this is the first time I have had a FULL SIZE WASHER and DRYER! The trash and recycle bins are serviced I think daily because there is always room(this is huge). I love that there is also a compost for leaves and such.I love the dogs that live here, everyone is respectable with their pets. Taking a walk through the grounds is a treat, flowers blooming, trees greeting you, and succulants all around( the protect your home). I have never had a problem with parking, I have lived here for 3 years. If I had any suggestions, to make this place better, it would only be that the Gorgeous Clubhouse be open past 6PM so I could have my friends over to watch a movie and cook dinner. and play. One more thing there are several Large grills at the main pool by the office to have a bbq, and there is a cute little playground for kiddies, and yes... a cute little playground for the pets. This place is stellar.

I moved here from the city. And as much as I miss the bus when I moved out here, I wasn’t sure I was going to be able to make such a drastic shift. But I landed in a magical fairy filled forest. The trees outside my apartment, truly bring me a sense of peace and serenity. I love the pool and it is so quiet here everybody’s sleeping by 10 The staff is wonderful and always helpful friendly and the maintenance team is on top of it. I love living here , thank you so much to The Knolls for making a transition to the burbs so wonderful.

Quiet, safe complex

We have lived here for almost 5 years bow and have had an overall good experience. The pool is nice and the knolls staff hosts fun evenrs every so often. The maintenance team responds very quickly to requests and are friendly. My only complaint is that the walls are thin so you can hear everything your neighbor is up to.

Great Place to Live

We've lived here for nearly 5 years. The amenities are great and well take care of. The clubhouse and gym were our main selling points when we moved in. The units are spacious and fairly quiet. The maintenance staff are very professional and great at what they do.
