Sofi Thousand Oaks

I've lived here for almost 1 year now. When touring the 2b2b unit, I had several things I liked about it as a young working adult in particular: 1) the windows face the back of the apartment complex, which is against hills. Very private! 2) the unit layout is spacious and ideal for sharing with a roommate: opposite sides of the apartment with our own bathrooms There are other specific things I like about our unit specifically, but for pros/neutrals/cons about the apartment complex: Pros: elevator for 3 story building, assigned parking, Google Nest for controlling temp remotely, relatively quiet community, maintenance is very responsive, manager is responsive, bathroom functions well Neutrals/Cons: few communication errors (i.e. was directed not to use my bathroom sink for a few weeks while a leak was repaired, I was never told when I could use it again and had to reach out to ask myself), windows are thin and don't block much noise, T-Mobile dead zone so need to use Wifi Calling, exercise room is relatively small, very limited guest parking spot so guests will need to park on the street and walk up the hill
