Overall the experience living here is great! The location is fantastic with easy access to the 5 & 55 Fwys. The noise is not bad, I actually like the water running noise at night time since it helps me fall sleep faster. I wish there was more parking available so we don't have to be parking one of my two vehicles on the street.

My wife and I love the location of these apartments, we are only 20 minutes drive to the beach, shopping malls are about a mile away, freeway 5, 22 and 55 are less than half a mile away. We love the man-made lake running through the complex. It is very quiet at least in our location of the complex. Our only complaint would be the parking situation and the fact that there is no GYM available. The Gym has been shut down since the pandemic. I suggest the start working on opening the Gym and having more parking available for us all here at Lake Dianne.
