The only downside is the noise from moving the trash bins to outside and back. The way it is done over uneven pavers at 7-7:30 am wakes us up and hard to get back to sleep. Very noisy where our apartment is located on the south side. Recommend a quieter way maybe using a different method. Using a small truck with a lift (without using a backup horn!) would make it so much quieter. thanks

This is a beautiful community for families. The amenities are wonderful and Maintenance are quick and get it done! It's walking distance from stores and few great schools in the neighborhood! Livia is the place to live!
