I have lived here 4 months. I was never provided the parking form, and because of that, when I accidentally parked in the wrong spot, Lisa didn't know it was mine and had it towed, which cost almost $500. I understand the initial mistake was mine, but if she had provided me the form when I moved in, she would've had my license plate and I would've been able to move the care within 15 minutes. $500 is a high cost, which set me back.
Next, when my power went out on a Friday morning, which was an issue with SDGE, she had offered to check on my apartment and see if they had turned my power back on while I was at work which was very nice. I had come back at Friday 4pm and the power was still out, and when I asked if she had seen it come on, she said "Oh, sorry, I forgot to check." Power going out is very serious, especially on a Friday afternoon when typical office hours are going to end soon, and I may be stuck with no power.
Last, I've run into two different people in the front foyer coming for tours, and they were stood up by Lisa.
They asked how I liked the complex, and I shared only positives, but it is important to share that in just 4 months, Lisa's performance as a property manager has been definitely below satisfactory.
