Pet-Friendly Living at Park Vista At Park Vista, we know that pets are family! That's why we're proud to welcome your furry companions to our community. Our goal is to provide a comfortable, pet-friendly environment where both you and your pets can feel at home. To help keep our community safe, clean, and enjoyable for everyone, the following pet policy applies: Maximum of two (2) pets per apartment home. Pet Deposit: $500 per pet. Monthly Pet Rent: $50 per pet (cats and dogs). All pets must be approved by management prior to move-in and included on a signed Pet Addendum. Breed & Weight Restrictions To promote the safety and well-being of all residents and pets, the following restrictions apply: Maximum weight: 50 pounds per pet. Breed restrictions include, but are not limited to: Pit Bull (including American Pit Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier, and Staffordshire Bull Terrier) Rottweiler Doberman Pinscher German Shepherd Akita Chow Chow Presa Canario Wolf or Wolf Hybrid Any mixed breed containing one or more of the above breeds Responsible Pet Ownership We ask all pet owners to help maintain the quality of our community by: Keeping pets on a leash while in common areas. Cleaning up after pets immediately. Ensuring pets are well-behaved and do not create excessive noise or disturb neighbors. Preventing pets from causing damage to apartment homes or community amenities. Residents are responsible for any damage or additional cleaning resulting from their pets.
