The Boulders is located in a central area that combines a safe location with walking access to downtown Walnut Creek as well as easy access to freeways to Lafayette, Concord and other localities.

Over priced, then again everywhere is over priced. Property is ok. Office staff doesn't answer calls or return soicemails. No bbq's allowed and the one at the pool doesn't work.
