Orange Creek Apartments

This complex is wonderful! Its so green and lush.. a true diamond in the rough among all the concrete ridden apartment complexes you find in Orange County. Our leasing agents, Alicia and Carmen, are incredibly helpful and always very quick to respond to any question or concern. Repairs happen quickly, too! We started our family here and will always have a place in our heart for this complex.

I've lived here for almost two years. Generally very happy: overall pretty quiet (noise related to fire engines/ambulances on a main street.) I love the in-house managers and they are very good at responding to problems! New building management company or owners have done a few outside upgrades, but major work needs to happen with consistent gardening and removal (my preference) of the asparagus fern that has been slowly taking over around the pond. They took out non-diseased pine trees in the front, don't know why! There are lovely hibiscus type plants and other flowering trees around, and agapanthus that are nice, all easy to keep up. I hope they don't destroy the green ambiance totally!! Each fourplex has two nice hedges in front of ground patios, but they don't consistently trim those like they used to. They've started to add fencing, but need to complete it to include parking. This complex was built when most folks had only one car. The limit is two cars per unit and only one carport. Depending on how many cars are here any given month, there could be times when there is no parking later at night. You'd have to find parking on the streets. They have given out two parking stickers, which seem to help. Daytime parking not an issue. Not sure how we can have visitors when the gating is up, as they would have to park around neighborhood.
