Maintenance came to address issues with the sunroof in the living area a few months ago. Unfortunately, while they painted over the cracks, they did not fully resolve the problem, and I have noticed that the ceiling remains cracked and needs further attention. Additionally, the sunroof has chipped paint around its edges, which detracts from the overall appearance of the space. I would also like to bring to your attention the cleanliness of the building. The common areas, including the floors, do not seem to be cleaned as regularly as they should be. This not only affects the aesthetic but also the overall hygiene of our living environment. I believe these issues, along with the maintenance that has yet to be addressed, could significantly enhance the living experience for all residents. Lastly, the gate intercom system is consistently out of order, forcing me to go downstairs each time I have a visitor(the intercom has been an issue since the move-in). This is quite inconvenient and disrupts the flow of my day-to-day activities. The building lights in front of my apartment have been out since October 1, 2024, which is very concerning also. I truly enjoy living in my apartment and appreciate the community here. However, I believe that addressing these maintenance concerns would greatly improve the quality of life for residents. I hope we can find a resolution to these issues soon.
