Theycprovide you only 1 parking. The maintenance crew does not really clean well, such as the pool which I believe theychave not even try to clean properly. Everytime somethings happens with our unit, it takes a while for anyone to come and check out the problem. When we have a major issue, such as our flood recently being flooded with toilet water/sewer water, they sent a santize/cleaning crew who didnt even clean our items properly, and we had to do it ourselves. Owner only cares for the units and not peoples personal items. Have had problems with the people in office, they have had attotude before with me. Also, they take forever to get back to tenants about any updates on situations. I will be trying to move out soon because the place is not worth it at all.

The experience living here has been on and off. I love the community here and how people care about their neighbors. The manager as well is wonderful and is always trying her best to be there when needed. However most choices are done by the management of the offices that prevents the process of fixing an issue. For example, we had an issue wi th the washer and dryers and it took a couple if months to get it fixed. Our apartment is out of AC, its been broken since we moved in and no one has came to fix it, after we’re told they will come soon to fix it. Also, the pool i not open at all. May open in summer. So theres alot of goods, but also alot of negatives.

Pool is not to be used over the year. The main amenity is the pool. If it’s apart of the amenities in the apartments that we pay for, why can’t the pool be used? Makes no sense that the children cant use it over the year. Summer is over but its still been very hot.
