What We Offer Adobe at Evergreen’s Individual Lease Program is available across all floor plans. Rent a full apartment with friends or use our Housemate Selection Tools to find compatible housemates. Pricing & Details Listed pricing is per person; bedrooms can be private or shared.  Share & Save occupants must sign a Joint and Several lease and secure their own roommate. Prices reflect shared-bedroom starting rates; 1x1 prices reflect starting rates for a private room & bath within a larger floor plan.  Water, sewage, garbage, and WiFi are included; parking and PG&E are not. Availability, floor plans, pricing, and fees may change; contact the office for current info. Common area furnishings are included in select floor plans; all bedrooms are unfurnished.
