Friendly neighborhood

Washing machines are not cleaned and sometimes have issues for a long time. Clothes is left in washing room for long time. The building needs a good pressure wash or cleaning.

Noise

I love my apartment but the noise is really bad. Neighbors are really loud. Others argue in the front. Parking could be better. I see people blocking the driveway making it hard to park if you can park at all. Its frustrating but I love my unit.

It's getting worse as the rent goes up

Poor communication. Poor management availability. Poor response to maintenance requests. Poorly kept laundry facilities. Neighbors cigarette and marijuana smoke permeates the house when our windows are open. RENT INCREASES EVERY YEAR,
